They invent things at the end to charge more. I bought it in advance, as it said on Instagram that I would have access to all the event spaces in advance. When leaving, they forced me to pay, claiming that I should have selected a different ticket. The Instagram posts said that EVERYONE who purchased in advance would have access to all spaces. When I was charged, I asked them to show me on the website the ticket I should have purchased. But they said that because the event was already happening, they couldn't show me this different ticket. I looked a lot on the website before buying and there was nothing. Tricking drunk people on the way out. Didn't come back Price per person: R$120–140 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service, the amount was swiped on the card 3 times, the company said they didn't receive the money for parking and they asked to get in touch via Instagram to resolve it, to this day Instagram hasn't responded! I called the company's ombudsman's office and they said I could speak via Instagram too, I spoke to chat who said the same! Once the customer is injured in some way, the least is to be polite, patient and respectful! Since the customer is injured by what happened! Much to be desired. Price per person: R$100–120

Google review for The Grand: I'm a big fan of The Grand and I really appreciate the ambiance they offer. However, I feel that Aquilla's presence is key to making the experience complete. Without her, something seems to be missing from the essence of The Grand that I love so much. Hope she can return soon to make this place even more special.
