Michelle served us. She was amazing as it was so busy but she managed really well. Was expecting delays on food but that wasn’t the case at all. This is the worst premier inn breakfast I've ever had. Left waiting to be seated as there was only 2 staff trying to run the dining area. Only 5 small tables Seated and took over 30 mins for our food to come out. The hash browns were rock hard, pouched eggs were somehow snotty on the whites and hard in the yolk, and the black pudding was under cooked and disintegrated into the pool of water left from the egg. The two staff member were having a conversation with each other from both sides of the dinning area complaining about their shift. Really brought the atmosphere down.
