Bill Trowell is a piano virtuoso. He transforms mundane old favorites into refreshing and exciting concert quality interpretations. The "room" is a terrific mix of great atmosphere, fine food and drinks . A bar Harbor favorite. Not to be missed Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great week in Bar Harbor and our favorite event was an evening listening to Bill Trowell play the piano in the Great Room Bar. He is there from 7-10 (not Sundays) every night and is a truly talented entertainer. Thank you for such a great night! Suggestion: We wish the bar had food. Crackers and cheese or just anything to go with our drink would have mattered. Finally, Neal makes a great Old Fashioned bourbon! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
