Mixed thoughts on our Sunday lunch. The beef was good and plenty of it, but the veg was overdone and roast potatoes were hard. Also, we wait approx. 40 minutes. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My first visit to the Green man was a pleasant experience , after being told about it by a family member so thought I would try it for myself , 5 of us visited on a friday evening including the family member that had recommended it , despite the restaurant being busy , always a good indication of how good a restaurant is in my books , the service was impeccable very attentive and the food arrived promptly soon after we had ordered , which was all cooked perfectly , highly recommend the mixed grill which I had , no complaints from any of our party , and very reasonably priced also each of us paying around £26 each this included a pint each and a bottle of wine with the two steak meals deal ,will definitely be returning in the near future , all in all a very pleasant evening at the Green man .
