Many visitors come to taste good corned beef, frittata and hash browns. Tasty blueberry pancakes, biscuits and French toasts are the best dishes. Most likely, you'll return to this bar later to order great americano.
The Griddle is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most guests mention that prices are adequate for what you receive. At this place, people can enjoy the charming atmosphere and terrific decor. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Ate here on Sunday and not sure I’d return. Took a while to be acknowledged despite restaurant being pretty manageable. My very petite 8 year old wanted to order Mickey pancake off the kids menu was told no she wasn’t under 5 that I had to order another option so was forced to order an 8 year old with a small appetite a $17 dollar plate of French toast that mostly went into the trash because she’s a child who doesn’t eat that much. When our food arrived it wasn’t how it was ordered. 3 of us asked for cheese on eggs and 2 of us asked for sausage patties. None of us got cheese and all of us got links. Food wasn’t bad but staff paying attention to the order would have made the experience better. When the bill came I felt it seemed high so I looked it over and noticed the waitress didn’t even write cheese or patties on the ticket. I did the math and added tax and the bill was $20 higher than it should have been. While I was looking over the bill the waitress returned and said “we prefer our tips in cash” which I understand but felt it was an odd and unprofessional thing to say. Paid my bill without complaining about the math tipped based on what the bill should have been and left. Will not return because of it. Had a really great breakfast experience at this place in Boca this morning. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was genuinely kind and attentive Jamie really was a doll, and the omelette was exactly what you want to start your day—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What stood out to me was the overall vibe. There’s a clear sense of pride and patriotism in the place, and it adds to the character rather than taking anything away, whether or not it’s necessary is beside the point. It feels like a business that stands for something while still making every guest feel welcome. It’s honestly disappointing to see some of the negative reviews being left, especially when they seem to focus more on that patriotism and support for our president that this establishment obviously stands behind than on the actual quality of the food and service. Regardless of where anyone stands, this place delivers a solid breakfast experience and treats people well— as a left leaning individual I never felt out of place and if I’m being honest the reviews just seem disingenuous. If you’re in Boca and looking for a dependable, enjoyable breakfast spot, this one is definitely worth checking out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m someone who loves leaving positive reviews, especially when I have a genuinely great experience, so writing this feels very foreign to me. Today, while washing bedding next door at Speed Queen Laundry, I walked over to The Griddle to grab something to eat. When I approached the front counter, the woman working there was busy with side tasks and told me to go find the waitress who was clearly already running around handling multiple tables. She even called out to the waitress a second time, and the waitress responded, “What are you doing? Why don’t you help her?” That interaction alone told me everything I needed to know. Both employees seemed uninterested and disengaged, but I was especially taken aback by the woman at the front counter. Even when I mentioned I was ready to order, there was no effort to assist, no acknowledgment, and no sense of basic customer service. I ended up walking out and going next door to the coffee shop instead. I believe in supporting businesses and uplifting great service, not tearing places down. But this was truly a disappointing first impression, and I hope sharing it encourages the management to improve the guest experience. Update: I went back a really nice young man helped me. Found hair in my food. So it’s a hard pass moving forward. Service: 1
