Such horrible customer care or whatever whoever answers their calls is doing. Called to ask what Grill items they had on their menu and the guy on the other end of the phone keeps asking what I want to order from their menu even after telling him its my first time calling and the menu is unavailable on the google map page. I then proceeded to tell him I would do this next time and the response was "GET OUT".
