Besides Bill Richardson Transport World, visit The Grille in the vicinity. Among other New Zealand cuisune places to visit, this cafe can be one of the greatest. You can have nicely cooked smoked salmon, chicken and belly pork at The Grille. Eating tasty Scones, cheesecakes and pancakes is a nice experience here. Don't miss the opportunity to order good wine. At this place, clients can try delicious hot chocolate, chocolate frappe or iced mocha.

The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach by any transport. The energetic staff welcomes people all year round. If you want to enjoy nice service, you should go to this cafe. Tasty dishes at democratic prices are provided here. You will definitely like the homey atmosphere and terrific decor. As for the Google rating, The Grille received 4.4.

I shouted my son out for brunch at the Grille Cafe on Monday 24th October about 2pm. The food and coffee, very good, five star. Unfortunately our waitress was extremely unpleasant and quite rude. A large girl, totally unprofessional and not suitable for the service industry whatsoever. We were so dispirited after her casual unprofessional and uncultured behaviour we wouldn’t return to the Grille again, and thats a real shame. Please feel free to contact me regarding my review.

Decided to have a coffee at The Grille Cafe at 3pm.
Checked the website and noted they closed 3.30pm
Decided 30 minutes was time to have a relaxing coffee before my next appointment
I didn't very feel welcome as staff were busy getting ready for closing at 3.30pm
My coffee came to the table in a takeaway cup.
I have sugar in my coffee and I did not have a spoon so used a fork to stir the sugar in.
If I had wanted a takeaway I would have asked I really did expect a cup and saucer.
If I had arrived 10 mins before closing I could have understood but 30 minutes before closing, I really expected the same service as any other time of the day when The Grille is open.
The coffee was great but I may have felt more relaxed drinking in the takeaway cup in the car
