We frequent this joint, however the taste hasn’t been consistent
Our favourite dish:
Salted egg green beans (we find it strange it uses sugar and we can often taste the sugar granules, which is rather awful. There were times this dish is good. Again, inconsistent)
Tofu mushroom
Porridge
Salted egg steam meat - we find it has too much fat and soft bones. Texture is too mushy for our liking. Honestly this is very personal preference. Some like it springy, some like it fluffy or mushy.
Dim sum - inconsistent taste and texture
Nevertheless we will always return every now and then, hoping every time the dishes are good.
