Really nasty, surly staff. Their 'save the world' ethos, combined with the subtext of 'vegans/vegetarians are superior' makes for dreadful customer service. Perhaps they relate better to causes than to actual humans, but in any case, I'll never shop there again. Wholelife here in Cairns has better variety, better prices, and MUCH BETTER service. The Healthy Hub is more toxic than healthy, and deserves to go under. An additional tip: avoid their allegedly organic meats!

Food at the Hub Court was absolutely delicious. The "Tuna" was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back.

Great variety of products and cafe menu, but sadly the customer service at the cafe in particular has been cold and unwelcoming during several visits over the years. Won’t bother anymore
