Went twice. First time was a pleasure, the man serving us was nice and the atmosphere pleasant. Came a second time, I believe it was the landlord behind the bar this time as comments suggest, and he was incredibly rude to me and my friends, so much so that we won't be going back. Go to elder beer around the corner, they are much friendlier there. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Another perfect evening at the Heaton Tap. Excellent choice of drinks, staff very welding. A lovely spot for a drink and chat. We will be back Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
