We came on a Friday morning. The was a line, but was seated within 5 minutes. The whole place feels like you’ve stepped back in time to have a seat at your grandmas kitchen table to have a meal. I love the details they thought of especially the vintage cups. My husband and I each had the Morning Fuel Up with steak and it was very well made. Seriously, think of it like if your grandma made a breakfast burrito. It’s not vibey but it’s delicious! Quality ingredients made with love. The coffee was very good as well. We had a wonderful experience here and will likely continue to patronize The Helen. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Have been wanting to try this place out and was slightly disappointed at least with what I had. I had the full tank which was a steak, scrambled eggs smashed latke type hashbrowns and your choice of toast. Steak was a typical breakfast steak. The eggs were extremely runny almost like watery. I know some places cook their eggs that way. Just not what I like. If i come back I would ask for them to be cooked more. My wife liked the hashbrowns and her meal which was mini pancakes. Overall I would not decide on my own to come back. Its one of those expensive niche places where they cook what they cook and you either like it or not. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30
