Today was my first experience at The Hen and the Hog, and they did not disappoint. To start, Lizzie was my server. She is courteous, attentive, and very personable. I was unsure as what to order. She recommended the brisket melt. It was really good. How good? Did you ever have a meal that was so good, it was difficult to order anything different, from that moment onwards? That good. Tomorrow I’m heading back for breakfast. I see a possible brisket Benedict in my future.
