"This is a traditional Texan style BBQ Smoke house. We honor the Texas tradition of dry rub meat over smoke with sauce after. We take it low and slow so that you can enjoy just the right amount of smoke, juice and flavor. Come out to the friendly Elgin valley for a great family experience. Dog friendly with lots of open space. Have a beer at our brewery or bring your bicycle to explore one of the many routes here in our valley."
