I’ve had the Hideout Kitchen on my list for a while but when I pulled up I realized this was their new location! There’s street parking and some lots nearby. I’ve seen them on IG and noticed that their weekend brunch is very popular! I definitely want to come back and give it a try. We came here on a Friday for brunch and it wasn’t too busy, there’s both indoor and outdoor seating and full bar! I asked what the most popular breakfast items were and they said the Waffle Sandwich which is what I got and my friend got the Pulled Pork Silog. The waffle sandwich was huge and hearty- country fried steak with eggs, cheese, and waffles and syrup. I got it with a side of fries. Kind of messy to eat but I used a fork and knife. My friend got the pulled pork Silog which is a Filipino traditional breakfast meal with meat (pulled pork) garlic fried rice, egg, and usually a tomato. The pork was so good, we didn’t finish our meals and was able to take it home for leftovers. I know they have fancy drinks and other breakfast items over the weekend. Service was great! I have been there twice already and even took food to go. A fabulous wait staff, great service, food is incredible. I'm going back soon. The Harvest Frittata is scrumptious, the Waffle Sandwich is over the top delicious and the Eggs Benedict Heavenly. And I'm a Benny. If you can please experience this great place Parking: Get there by 10am if you are going on the weekend. Parking will fill up by noon. Kid-friendliness: Families were their enjoying themselves.
