Wonderful surprise for a small hometown cafe: Excellent menu choices with lots of variety, including non-dairy, gluten-free, and vegan choices. Cheerful and efficient staff, even recommended options to suit our taste. Well worth the short scenic drive in the Niagara Falls area. This is what to do on a rainy day near the Falls. My first time at Hill-vue in many years mainly because it's far out of my normal travel. The food was simply awesome! I had a blue cheese bacon burger and fries. It was great! They had a stuffed shells special, so I took a couple orders home for dinner for my wife and I. Perfect, they were even wonderful reheated. My buddy had an open meatloaf sandwich special that looked fantastic. I will make it a point to go back and will take friends.
