Nice restaurant, but the wait staff was definitely not worried about the simple task of waiting on tables. Took 15 minutes just to have the drink order taken. Placed order at the same time. When the food arrived, the appetizer was 1/2 the order, I ordered a full order of wings and only received 6. I pointed that out and was told the kitchen messed up the order. My meal was wrong as well. Ordered no ketchup, add cheese on cheeseburger. Waitress couldn't have checked any order for the table as they were all wrong. Check was never brought to the table, and when I went searching for my waitress, she was nowhere to be found and never adjusted the bill to reflect the difference. The cashier didn't adjust the bill either. If you're starving and haven't eaten for days, I'd still pass The Hollow Restaurant... pathetic service... Do yourself a favor and visit subway.
