The cook is amazing! The food never disappoints! They have the sweetest waitresses and now that Kathy came from copper grille it's the best place to go! The gravy....the absolute best gravy you'll ever have! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had french toast and bacon. The bacon was crispy just the way I like it . On the other hand, my french toast was soggy and seemed like they didn't use enough eggs in the mix. It could use a little vanilla and cinnamon, too. My husband enjoyed his scramble. Next time, I'll order differently. It was clean. Waitress was nice. This was my first visit to The Hot Skillet, but it won't be my last! The food was very good, and our server was very friendly. It's a small Cafe, and we went there for brunch. I had the New Mexico skillet with chorizo, and it was served to order, and it was piping hot. My young friend had the chicken strips and fries, and it came out hot and fresh.
