Had breakfast and the restaurant was understaffed, expecially in the kitchen. Kirby, my server, handled the 'back up' with grace and professionalism and helped salvage the experience. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing trout dinners expertly prepared by Chefs Arturo and Bud. Served with pappardelle Alfredo, carrots and garnished with micro greens. Very pleasant bistro atmosphere with a rustic Colorado flair. Nice attentive service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
