We were so looking forward to good quality fish n chips while in Belfast. Unfortunately some places either open odd hours or not on Mondays. However, this place does ! We were so excited by the reviews we pre-ordered and got a taxi there and back to pick them up !. I had smoked Cod, and partner had haddock. It was definitely the best piece of fish I've ever had , outstanding. Chips fab too. You will be impressed 5 from me . There are chip shops, chippys and other such places that sell deep fried chipped potatoes and a variety of protein based battered accompaniments. However, none can match The Hungry Hound 2. Quality is one thing, and this place does quality but consistency is the byword for excellence and this place consistently delivers, week after week, month after month, year after year. No wonder people travel from all over the north to avail of such excellence.
