3/5. The Innsville Restaurant is an interesting little find, especially for a motel restaurant. The whole place has a rustic, old-school charm that gives it character, and it's a refreshing change from the usual chain restaurant atmosphere. The dining room was clean, the service was decent, and overall the restaurant felt welcoming. One thing to note is that the parking area out front is a bit tight. It's manageable, but during busier times it can feel a little crowded. As for the food, it was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. I ordered the salmon salad, and while it was enjoyable enough, the salmon was slightly overcooked and lacked the tenderness I was hoping for. The fries were probably the weakest part of the meal—perfectly edible but fairly bland and in need of a little more seasoning or personality. That being said, not everything coming out of the kitchen looked disappointing. A few people at nearby tables ordered the sliders, and judging by the empty plates and happy faces, they seemed to be a much bigger hit than my meal. If I visit again, I'd probably give those a try instead. Overall, Innsville is a pleasant place with a clean, rustic atmosphere and friendly service. The food was average rather than exceptional, but there are enough positives here that I'd be willing to give it another chance and explore more of the menu. 3/5. L'Innsville Restaurant est une découverte intéressante, surtout pour un restaurant situé dans un motel. L'endroit possède un charme rustique et une ambiance chaleureuse qui le distinguent des chaînes de restaurants habituelles. La salle à manger était propre, le service convenable, et l'expérience générale était agréable. Le stationnement à l'avant est cependant un peu étroit. Rien de dramatique, mais les manœuvres peuvent être moins faciles lorsque l'endroit est achalandé. Du côté de la nourriture, c'était correct sans être exceptionnel. J'ai choisi la salade au saumon. Le saumon était un peu trop cuit à mon goût, ce qui lui faisait perdre une partie de sa texture et de sa saveur. Les frites étaient probablement l'élément le plus ordinaire du repas : elles manquaient un peu d'assaisonnement et de caractère. Par contre, les sliders servis à d'autres tables semblaient particulièrement populaires. Les clients qui en avaient commandé avaient l'air très satisfaits, ce qui me donne envie de les essayer lors d'une prochaine visite. En résumé, l'Innsville offre une ambiance sympathique, un décor rustique agréable et un service adéquat. Même si mon repas ne m'a pas complètement convaincu, l'établissement mérite tout de même une visite, surtout pour ceux qui apprécient les restaurants au style traditionnel.
