We went to great lengths to attend the New Year’s Eve party. And when I say ‘great lengths,’ I mean it – the communication with the restaurant was awful. I never received a reservation confirmation. When we arrived on December 31st, we were told our reservation was for 6:30 PM, which made no sense since I never mentioned a time. Plus, the website clearly stated the event started at 7 PM. The dinner itself was good – honestly, the only positive thing about the experience. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was a complete disaster in a totally unfestive setting. As for the DJ until 3 AM? That was a blatant LIE and false advertising. There was no DJ, no dance floor, nothing. Just a playlist playing through some speakers between the tables in the restaurant. We ate at The Iris restaurant for the Revival of the house of beef. Unfortunately, memories should remain what they are: good times in the past. Everything was good but not worth the price. The dishes were simple, with no surprises. Although the staff was nice, the service was too slow due to lack of staff for the price listed. A good idea which only led to a dull memory like the atmosphere of the room of guests who were bored between two courses. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
