City Winery offers a variety of show targeted to all ages. Yesterday was the ABBA show. Was great, the food was adequate for the time of the show (brunch), and the environment was great. This is my second time at this establishment. I have tickets already for another show. I definitely recommend the City Winery to everyone looking to have fun with family and friends! I went to City Winery Nashville and had dinner while watching a concert. The venue is nice but the customer service is terrible. Since I was traveling on business, I asked the server to put my food on one tab and my drinks on another. She stated this would be no problem. I gave her both cards. At the end of the night when we went to cash out, she had everything combined. When I questioned her, she told me she already charged it, there is nothing she could do. I was then told I would get a text receipt. I never got it so I called and the phone system says you have to send an email. I have sent six emails to both City Winery Nashville and national with not even so much as any response. I would never go to City Winery again. They have absolutely no regard for providing service to their customers. Please teach your servers some customer service skills and answer your emails. Very simple!
