never again, sub-par/overpriced food, rude staff, wait times are ridiculous, set up of this place is ridiculous. My wife and I have dined in this place once before, food took forever for 2 sandwiches. Thought we would give it a try again, big mistake, same exeprience. Not sure if the older lady is the owner she usually runs the cash, you need to be replaced with someone with a personality, you have zero people skills. I had a piece of pizza and focaccia sandwich with prosciutto and arugula on it. This was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m pissed off that now all other sandwiches I eat from anywhere else will be wasted time, as all I can think about is the sandwich I had from the Italian eatery. I’m not kidding. Also the sandwich was around one foot squared, and even though it was HUGE, I could have eaten two of them. The pizza was delicious too!
