If you never appeared to degust Irish cuisine, get your chance at this restaurant. The Malthouse Restaurant offers tasty seafood chowder, sandwiches and seafood. A lot of visitors order good whiskey. A lot of people say that you can drink delicious coffee at this place.

It's been a whole year since my husband and i visited the distillery and the Malt house and i still think about the amazing barley soup and soda bread we had before our tour. We literally had 10 mins before our tour started and the soup was all we could scarf down in the time we had. It was AMAZING. The staff at both the restaurant and the distillery were so nice and I still wish we could swing in, again, for a bowl of their hearty and delicious soup and bread.... but I'm back home in California. I can dream of it though!

Great meal before taking a tour through the distillery. Had the soup and a sandwich and it was really more than enough for two to split with an extra bowl of soup. Soup of the day was butternut squash, really enjoyed it! Would have been great to have been given the water we asked for to drink but we were in a hurry to get in and out before our tour started. If you can get in early enough, definitely worth it.

Great spot to eat after the Jameson tour. We had the soup and sandwich, salmon cakes and the lamb stew - all were wonderful! Very friendly staff. Oh! Don't forget to get the Irish coffee to finish it off!
