Visited The Juice Kitchen around 12pm, hoping to grab a fresh smoothie. Unfortunately, there was no one at the counter when I arrived. I waited around for approximately five minutes because I was determined to get a smoothie. Eventually, a staff member came in from the pharmacy, greeted me with what felt like very little enthusiasm, and asked what I wanted. I requested the Number 2 smoothie, only to be told to look in the fridge. There was no offer to assist me, show me where it was, or even help retrieve it, despite the fridge being behind the counter. My biggest disappointment, however, was the refusal to make a fresh smoothie. The whole point of visiting a juice and smoothie store is to enjoy something freshly prepared. Instead, I was expected to purchase a warm, runny smoothie that had been sitting in a fridge for an unknown amount of time. The lack of service and unwillingness to prepare a fresh product completely missed the mark for me. Sadly, I won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I use to really enjoy this juice kitchen, but lately, the staff have become rude and arrogant. I just went in there this morning to ask for a few juices to be prepared for my fridge for the week. The lady behind the counter couldn’t even be bothered to greet me. Then when I ask for the following juices, she very rudely interrupts me and tells me that they don’t have a certain ingredient to make juice?? I get that the ingredients may be coming in later or whatever but she then continues with her task as if the rest of my juices all contain that same ingredient, and can’t be bothered to help me with the rest of them. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
