Report incorrect information
They had a special for the Raptors game that included half price apps, which is where all my attention went. My little group of 4 ordered pulled pork potato skins, jerk chicken poutine, and fried calamari. The fried calamari was heavily battered and deep fried to a near crisp. I didn't quite like it so much as I felt as though I ate more batter than squid. Very crunchy for those who might enjoy it and it's served with tartar sauce.
Jerk Chicken Poutine was pretty good, but I was hoping the jerk chicken was actual jerk chicken instead of grilled chicken with jerk sauce gravy. The fries and the cheese curds were good and the jerk sauce had a bit of a kick to it. The chicken blended in nicely enough to where I actually couldn't tell sometimes between the chicken and cheese curds. Pulled Pork Potato Skins come 4 to an order. The potato skins were decent enough. They had a giant chunk of pulled pork that was thick and tried to hide itself amongst all the cheese, bacon bits, and onions.
There were also cocktails ranging from $6-10. Available dishes included burgers, sandwiches, thin crust pizzas, steak frites, fish n chips, and chicken wings (should be an app...)
Service was great here. The atmosphere is pretty good but would be a whole lot better if and when they draw a crowd. They have TV's pretty much everywhere and they even have a small stage and pool table in the back. The pool area can actually be a nice spot as it's a bit secluded from the rest of the place. They have a patio out front that looks to be nice once the weather gets better too...
