I made confirmed reservations to have my birthday dinner at The Juniper Bistro weeks in advance, however, when I arrived the day of my birthday, they had no record of my reservation. Just when I thought things were not gonna go too well, Mrinal, I believe the managing waiter on duty, came to the rescue. He scrambled to get me and my best friend a table, with a view and was an EXCEPTIONAL waiter! He catered to our needs without overdoing it, and made the best and honest recommendations. I appreciate his kindness, customer service and willingness to take very good care of me and my friend on my special day. And not to mention the food was amazing— beyond what I expected! I’ll definitely fly back to Canada just to visit this restaurant! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Had to wait about 15 minutes before having our drinks ordered. My meal came out cold. They didn’t take off any meals from our bill despite waiting over an hour to eat and resending plates back. Not a great experience.
