Carved lamb and beef what is listed as a protein for an additional 2$ up charge. Also they say you get 2 sides with the order. No flavor whatsoever ever. Over priced for nothing tasty. Greek salad! Its green must’ve grown out in South American green field, it has no dressing and several oceans far from Greece. On top of poor food quality and over stated value, the staff are not courteous. I will not visit again and I wish I didn’t spend my dollar there for a meal is going to the trash. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Lots of good stuff to say about this place. 1) Let's start with the basics that many restaurants ignore. This place had a clean restroom, physically and the smell. They had hand soap in the dispenser (good sign -- shows cooks have access to wash their hands) and paper towels and a hand dryer for the eco-friendly folks. 2) Staff, helpful and appeared to care about their job. 3) The food. I had never been here but was craving a shwarma. Now while this isn't a traditional or authentic shwarma, it beat my expectations. I got a chicken shwarma wrap and it was too big for me to finish in one setting. I'd recommend splitting it between two people, unless you're really hungry. I really liked the tortilla/wrap they used. It was thin but able to withstand all the ingredients and sauces without busting open while eating. All the ingredients inside tasted very fresh and healthy. The sauces on the side were super flavorful! The cilantro one was exceptional (I'd buy it if they bottled it) and the red one was flavorful and spicy enough to where you don't have to use a lot of it. Clean space and for the price $14, I'd say solid value. My only recommendation to the ownership of this brand, consider telling your landlord to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. It will bring more traffic to your doors and increase sales revenue for The Kebab Shop. At the very least, consider making this a requirement of future leases as you expand. Reach out to local Houston company (and customer), Pangea Charging, if you'd like to explore this further and how to make the increasing number of EV drivers into loyal Kebab Shop customers. There were already a few EVs at your Bellaire location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
