After you have seen Van Zandt County Courthouse, come to this bar. Try perfectly cooked hamburgers, fried chicken and chicken steaks. A number of guests mark that you can eat good bread pudding, ice cream and banana pudding here. The Kickin Mule offers delicious craft beer or good wine among its drinks. Seriously the best food in Canton! Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The staff is amazing and sweet! Highly recommended this restaurant! My husband ordered the chicken fried steak. It was disgusting and inedible. He dowsed it with salt and pepper and ate it despite how awful it was. I asked the manager to take it off our bill because it was literally the worst thing I’ve ate in a very long time. Not only did she refuse to take it off our bill but she threatened to call the cops on us for not paying for it. Was very sad that they would not take off the $12.00 charge. It was literally the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. Then after they refused to do they right thing they had the bad sense to state “Have a blessed day”. Disgusting chicken fried steak. Will never return to Canton. Was a very big disappointment. I picked the place out and thought it was so cute. The chicken pot pie was delicious. I would have done the right thing and taken that nasty

The Kickin Mule has great food, but lousy sevice! They got rid of that rude bartender that was causing all of the problems, but the service is still lousy. The problem is not the staff, but the management. The managers obviously don't know what they are doing.
There number one priority is to take the customer's money and rush the customers out the door. They don't care about their customers. I don't expect this restaurant to last long. Small portions; bad service; few customers.
