Farmer’s breakfast is served with whole wheat sourdough toast that has a little dish full of raspberry jam… delicious!

I have been in Denver a week and have gone to several “high end” and “historic” restaurants, I am not going to lie, I stumbled into The Kitchen Bistro because I was hungry, had to pee and the place across the street was ridiculously crowded. Well turns out my bladder knew best! Just lovely, the salmon was PERFECT, the carrots divine and my cocktail was different in the best possible way. Beautiful interior and impeccable service. I sadly doubt I will hit Denver again anytime soon, but if you are here, try it, you cannot miss.
