Loved everything about the hotel especially the staff. Everyone was so warm and friendly (a huge shout out to the lady in charge of breakfast). Breakfast is so filling and delicious. The rooms are clean and comfy with real working AC. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is convenient to everything. No complaints. Highly recommend

We had an excellent stay in the Ross Hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. The location, staff, room, and food were all top-notch. And free parking was a nice plus. A special shout out to the breakfast staff as they were so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area. Service: 5
