If you’re not into melt-in-your-mouth brisket, we can’t be friends. The brisket burger at The Last Stop (Salmon of Knowledge, Stevenson Square) is pure magic. Whoever’s cooking back there clearly made a deal with the BBQ gods — every strand of beef is smoky, tender, and packed with ridiculous flavour. The bun’s soft but sturdy, the greens are fresh, and the whole thing just works. 10/10 would unhinge my jaw for it again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
