The area was great but the restaurant was not what it was advertised at all. We Expect a good quality meal from the way it looked on the menu and for the prices. We are not opposed for paying a decent about for good food but this was not it. We got sat at a nice outdoor seating and orders our food (which wasn’t that impressive). To our surprise noticed a food truck in the corner of the lot. Surly this wasn’t the place we were getting our food after paying nearly $20 for 4 chicken tenders. It was, our food came out and it was basic food tuck food. We paid almost $200 for cheap food. I would not eat here. It was nothing like it was advertised. The people were nice but the food was not 0-10.

We have just stayed at this hotel for a night as a stop off on our USA road trip. I am so glad we stayed there, it was absolutely stunning. The staff are very friendly and informative. The library restaurant is well priced and the food was amazing. The hotel itself has so much character and a lovely traditional feel to it. We stayed in the Roman suite and it was so clean, cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The pantry is a great touch with free hot drinks, cookies and cakes etc. we had breakfast in the morning which again, was very nice! I would definitely recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay at Fairview Inn. The hotel is elegant, quiet, and full of charm. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Great location and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a luxury stay.
