We arrived in London to stay for a few days at a different hotel. We went out for a walk, and on the way back I started feeling faint. I pretty much collapsed on the sidewalk in front of the Morton. My wife told me to lie down, and someone went in the hotel to find some help. A gentleman who works for the hotel came out with a bottle of water, and then Redouane came out to further assist. He stayed with us, guiding me to a place in the lobby where they had arranged for me to rest until I was feeling well enough to depart. I can’t thank Redouane and the other staff members enough for graciously helping a random person who wasn’t staying at their hotel. If this is the kind of service they give to strangers, I can only imagine how great their service is to their guests. Service: 5

I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to London, great location, convenient to the tube and a short walk from the British Museum, the rooms were very clean and everything worked well. The staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for us even after we returned the room keys. The hotel also has a bar which serves breakfasts and lunches for a few people. If you can, ask for a view towards the park, because some rooms look at the back of the buildings Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
