This is probably the best Mexican food I've had in awhile. I know that's not cool to say that, considering all the mexican takeout I have tried during the Covid-19 shutdown. But it's the truth. The flavors are as expected....as you remember them. I open the takeout container, and see beautiful vivid colors! I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas, with rice, guac, beans, sour cream, red and green sauce, and cheese.....YEAH, I loaded it up! That food was really good. The flavors were spot on! FYI, I use the Local Kitchens App and pickup my own food. So the money I save on delivery fees, I use to put add-ons to my order. That's why my reviews are more positive. Because I enjoy the food when it's fresh. My order took 20 minutes to prepare, and then it was in my hand. The only negative thing I might add, is the fiber takeout container wasn't strong enough to handle the weight of the food. Also, the sauces and liquids made the bottom of the tray soft and unstable. Most places use either plastic trays, or they double the fiber trays. Otherwise, the food was great. --------------------------------------------------- The Little Chihuahua is a cloud kitchen in Local Kitchens @ San Jose, at 1721 Rogers Ave, in San Jose. It's in an industrial park north of the Hwy 101 x I-880 Junction, and south of Brokaw Rd. Free parking in lot.

One of the better Mexican restaurants I've had in San Jose! I'm vegetarian so I got the enchiladas with veggies, it was so good! I tried the red sauce and green sauce, both extremely flavorful, a little kick but not spicy enough where it's not enjoyable. It also came with a side of rice and beans. Highly recommend this place if you want good Mexican food.

The plantain black bean burrito with avocado was delicious and satisfying. Love that there are vegan and veg options here.
