Honest review - Staff NOT trained in food hygiene, we witnessed dirty clothes and dirty area's not clean, staff did not know what the food allergies was, clearly NOT trained or licenced in food handling and preparation. From the offset after hearing good things from their 3.1 star reviews and our client we was on a job for and working in the area we visited the shop to be discriminated and told to leave due to the fact were travellers and the manager claimed to of known me. We tried to order breakfast, my colleague was racially abused.due to a couple of them being of mixed race. We did leave after the abuse and threats and bizarre behaviour from the manager Helen Stepehnson who was racist, discriminative and abusive towards us. And after being refused service due to the couler of skin and being travellers. We given the shop STILL the benefit of the doubt and got a third party to order, the order arrived. COLD. allergie suffers was mentioned and the items which could NOT be eaten WAS in the items, the items looked NOTHING like the pictures we seen, was NOT local sourced and WAS over-priced, some burnt items and some missing items too. My colleagues could of died, after having food poisioning for a number of days from this THE LITTLE COB SHOP SPONDON, after the 3 star reviews they have and after our client recommended the place, WE certainly WOULDN't. Very rude and discriminative towards people they know NOTHING about or EVEN who they are. Discriminative towards the elderly, and mixed race and traveller, this is illegal. We only wanted food and DID show we had over £800 between us. Still told to leave and having to order through a third party after 6 times visiting for it not to be open, also false advertised - We give the place the benefit of the doubt on cooking food, serving food and it was actual beneficial to us as we was working VERY local to the place. Honest review and honest complaint, my colleagues and I will NOT be recommending this place. We could of died, due to staff and manager NOT trained. Business is also NOT registered. This is a true review of a very bad experience . The staff and people that run it NEVER spoken to me in their life until we ordered food and due to us being travellers and of mixed race told to immediately leave, discrimination on a high scale from this establishment. The manager Helen stephenson doesnt know me in the slightest or know of me, as stated we only wanted food as was WORKING in the area. Terrible service racist and discriminative. We wont be giving our hard earned money to this place again that nearly killed others. due to their neglect. Parking: There's no parking available you have to park outside someone's house or get a fine of one hundred and fifty by the council got parking near shop be warned Wheelchair accessibility: None - dangerous - Dietary restrictions: Staff given dangerous goods in the food, even though told not to. Which could of killed others. Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Difficult to find parking

You've never ordered with us..you don't even work so there's no company to be ripped off, your family I believe are trying to get you sectioned. I really don't understand why you target random people/companies but you are making some peoples lifes hell & intimidating women. I really hope you get the help needed & quick. Thank you for trying to ruin my business, the only income for my family & all my fantastic hard working staff & their family who rely on their wage with your lies/ fantasies. Another review reported.
