I hadn’t been there in almost 20 years. The food was exactly as expected. Make sure you get Michael Woosley as you waiter, he has been there forever and is incredible. We will return again soon

We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Lodge restaurant. The setting is great. The service was good. I ordered the pork loin entre. When it first came it was hardly above room temp. While waiting for my order again my companion almost finished his meal - the turkey dinner which he said was good although it was warm but not hot. When my order came it was a new order which was nice rather than just microwaving the first order. This time it was warm although not hot. The vegetables were good but the pork loin was not. It was tough, over cooked, and dry. The fig stuffing in it was the only part that was edible and it was good. I took the meat home, only had two small bites there, as it was far too expensive to not try to get something out of it. After slicing it thin and doctoring it up with quite a lot of others things I was able to at least eat it. All in all a major disappointment. I've been there before with friends for drinks and it was great but if this is their usual standard for dinner I would never recommend it for a meal.
