This confectionary restaurant offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Washington Square. Here you will be offered perfectly cooked bison burgers, cured salmon and coleslaw. Try tasty key lime pie, Brezeln and ice cream. Delicious craft beer, pale ale or root beer are worth a try here. Check out great lemonade, tea or hot chocolate.

Our experience was decent overall. The highlight was definitely the wide selection of beers available, catering to all tastes. We tried two flights and were satisfied with our selections. The food was mediocre and nothing noteworthy. I would suggest dropping by for a beer, as that seems to be their specialty. Prices were on par with other breweries, but slightly higher for the area.

Steak (local meat) done to perfection, seasoned wonderfully. Asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes also perfect. Locally made cola was outstanding! Unexpected superior quality in such a small town! Bravo!

I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in. I do not know who designed the space but in my opinion it is exceptional! It is obvious the designer gave real consideration to use of space, as well as clean lines for furniture, fixtures and equipment. Understated finishes complete the 'less is more' look. Everything from the layout of the space, to the size of the booths and flexibility of the tables in the center of the first floor is well done. And, I know this sounds like a small thing but I loved that I only had to motion in front of a monitor to open the door to leave the ladies room; I did not have to touch a handle/knob. Big kudos from me.
There are a couple minor recommendations I might make for improvement of the dining experience: 1) a chopped salad is chopped. The lettuce was not chopped. Call it a shredded lettuce if that is what you want to serve. If you want to call it a chopped salad chop the ingredients. 2) I like to use salt and pepper to lightly season my salads. I had to ask for them. It would be great to have them readily available.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Lone Buffalo by Tangled Roots Brewing Company and will be back.
