Awesome place! I had the smash burger as well as sampled some of the organic wine. I've never had organic wine before. Think I'm a fan now. But let's stay focused on the smash burger. Best burger I've ever had in my life. Cooked to perfection and juicy. They put these exquisite sauces on it too. Not sure what they were but they completed the art! Bravo

This place has an excellent atmosphere! Staff is friendly and prided me with a delectable cortado. It wasn't at all crowded, it was a nice relaxing time spent. Lots of space though for a lot of people while still having plenty of space for more. Great eclectic aesthetic.

I want to live inside The Longshot. It's a mid-century modern mountain haven! Cozy yet inspiring eclectic design and so impeccably clean! The owner, Brandon happily suggested a white wine for me to try and Tanner poured me some of my new favorite- had to buy a bottle to go! Thank you Tanner for the great conversation and hot springs recommendations! The vintage selection was spot on, bought a button down shirt and also a branded tee (currently wearing, new fave tee!). They have insane coffee mugs as well and I can't wait to come back to try their famous coffee drinks! Will definitely be back anytime I'm in the area! Keep up the great work Brandon and The Longshot team!
