We went to the Chophouse after the car show they featured that May 6. Had another couple with my wife and I...after 45 min waiting for our food, I asked hostess and waitress when we might get our food ? They said they would check, and said it would be soon. After 1 hr and 15 min wait, the waitress said they lost our order ticket she put in ???? She asked how they could make it right, and suggested they could give us a gift card. Then she came back and said Mgr wouldn't do that, but gave us 4 tiny desserts and sent us in our way. JUST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Talked to Mgr Emily today and she made numerous excuses. She said she would call me back with GENERAL MGR final decision. Never got a call.... Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It was a nice night out. It is a bit on the high end price wise. We did order an appetizer which we never got and reminded the server to take it off our bill before she gave it to us. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Dietary restrictions: Be careful ordering the steaks. I'm not sure what the spice and/or rub was on it, but definitely had a reaction to it the next morning. Probably should have asked for it without anything added to it.
