Terrible service. I purchased a 6 pound rib roast that looked excellent. When cooked and sliced, over 30% of the meat was not edible. It was as fat a rib roast as I have ever seen. I called the store the next day and was called a "liar" and that the meat was not 30% fat. This person, who identified himself as the owner, wanted me to bring the meat back. It was served at a dinner party the night before and most of it was discarded. I took my guests out to dinner because of the poor quality of the roast. This "owner" was not helpful at all. If you choose to buy meat at this establishment, please be careful. The "owner" will not stand behind what he sells.
