Ordered food via uber eats to have an item missing and neither uber eats or the milk tree are willing to provide a refund. Such a shame as we’re repeat customers (of 3 years) but they’ve now lost us due to the extremely poor customer service. Commented on the milk trees instagram (they don’t have a customer service number) and they kept deleting my comment. Uber eats cannot acknowledge the fact that I ordered two items instead of one (even though the price also reflects this, one lasagne is not £30) so they’re completely unhelpful too. At this point I don’t care about the £15 loss, but it’s pretty cheap to send the wrong order and then not even want to rectify it. Keep the money as you’re so desperate for it, we’ll happily take our business elsewhere! I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The perfect morning starts with the perfect breakfast! That's how it was at Milk Tree! Every morning, we experienced something different. The atmosphere was like a movie script The food was very good! The almond croissant was very good! The borek was very good! The coffee was very good! The staff was WOW!! Thank you! Definetly recommend -the protein omelette and egg burger. This is our go to all time favorite brunch. Super fresh and yummy. Wish they gave an extra pair of sourdough slice with the protein omelette. They give literally a slice of Sourdough with it. The coffee is great too. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
