I will edit the review after we have a do over. The usual manager had been on vacation the week of our reservation. Once they were back they reached out to us and have asked for a chance to correct the experience. Original review: I am extremely disapointed with how our reservation turned out. This was supposed to be our anniversary dinner. We booked online through the website and received confirmation emails and texts leading up to our reservation. Day of managmenet realizes our seating is too close to end of day. They called three times but did not leave a message (managemenr claimed four times when we arrived). We missed the calls because my husband and I were spending time together. When we arrived we were told of the situation. Management said that whoever booked it should have known better. We booked it throigh open table on The Mill's website so shifting responsiblity to an unknown employee doesn't sit well with me. When I asked why management did not leave a voicemail after failing to connect with me three times, he said. "I didn't want to leave it in a voicemail." Management should and could have left a message saying who it was and that they needed to discuss an issue with our seating. Management offered to seat us. However we were not going to punish the kitchen and wait staff for management's short sightedness. Management suggested we go to Arthur's though he has heard the service isn't great there.
