A lot of broken toys and very dirty. Wasn't impressed at all. Maybe the classes and activities are better..... but I wasn't a fan at all. We rock the spectrum is better.

I've been to Monkey's treehouse countless times. Kiddos love to play and run and it is a safe environment. I don't find this place to be disgusting, as some other reviews have suggested. However, I don't venture into the infant play area often so I can't give a good depiction of that. I do think the padding around the stairs and rope ladder needs replacing. I've seen kids fall and the mat not help too much. What I will say is that the idea of having a party with awesome helpers is great. (Shoutout to Bella for being the sweetest) The last party I went to was good but they did start taking down decorations for the party while we were eating cake. Much like other reviews, the last half hour of the party is very rushed. To the point that it was unprofessional. I have two toddlers trying to grab a party favor bag in their small lobby wherr they placed them as we were R.U.S.H.E.D. out. It was to the point where multiple party guests, including myself were questioning the professionalism of the establishment. A short Grey haired lady gave us the rudest southern good bye. I'll not be hosting a party there or referring my friends based on this alone. Too many other children play places to have a great time at than to pay to be rushed.

On one hand I love that you have been with us countless of times, on the other hand I'm so sorry about your snooty goodbye! - I'm Jackie, I'm the owner and I know our staff cares tremendously about all of our guests and customers. We do have a 15 min grace period to get everyone from one party transitioned out of the play space while the next party is transitioning into the playspace. We really try to manage expectations on the 1.5 hour party ahead of time so that people don't feel rushed. No one wants to feel rushed during their kid's birthday party. That must not have felt great, and I apologize for that. I do hope you give us another try. I would love to personally run your next party if you like to ensure a super smooth transition. Weeknight parties (Friday or Thursday) are also a great way to get super bang for your buck since there isn't a party before or after yours likely - the kids get to play a bit longer and parents are very happy to go home with kids that have full tummies and are tuckered out and ready for bed! We are also about to start a new b-day experience which is a Treehouse Party at the Park. Where we will set up and tear down your party, do all of our regular party fantasticness at a local playground pavilion - to account for uncertain whether issues - you definitely wouldn't feel rushed there, this party will include play, eating, a game and a craft! I can’t say enough good things about The Monkeys Treehouse! It is my kids favorite indoor playground. It’s spacious and always clean. We had my daughter’s birthday there. Ellen was there to greet us outside with a cart to unload my car. She set up the room in 15 minutes. I didn’t have too many decorations but she utilized every single one of them and made the room super cute! She served all the food, cleaned up and loaded up the cart to have it ready to load back in the car. My husband and I were able to enjoy the party and hang out with guests. We felt spoiled! So grateful for our experience celebrating our girl!

She also runs a non-profit called CKOT a food rescue program taking extra food from corporations and redistributing it to those in need. We hope you keep coming back as we have lots of fun summer events planned and some new play ideas to bring into the Treehouse too! More
