Everything I have tasted from The Moody Foody has been excellent!! The sandwich’s, soup, dips and frozen meals, all are great! I love the tzatziki and the potato salad!! Highly recommend these guys. Chef Sepi is very accommodating and an excellent chef. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I get a weekly tiffin delivery and absolutely love the variety and incredible flavors of the meals. What stands out most is how good I feel after eating them—the quality of the ingredients truly makes a difference. I also appreciate the care taken to avoid unnecessary oils, additives, and preservatives. It's wonderful to have a fully plant-based and gluten-free restaurant in Maple Ridge. On top of that, Namir and Chef Sepi are exceptionally kind, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Their passion and care shine through in both the food and the service. Highly recommended!
