We have eaten at this place many times and it’s hit or miss. Sometimes amazing and others it’s just not on the mark. I also feel the owner or the manager just doesn’t care sometimes. She had a strong accent and it’s quite hard to understand her. Her delivery verbally is off and makes you feel she’s just not getting what you’re trying to explain. Or just doesn’t care. We have been to the Neighborhood cafe many times and find it’s the owner/ manager that’s the problem. She just doesn’t get her own menu. She need to eat all the food on her menu so she has an understanding of what she sells. She even said when we were last their, I don’t know, I’ve never tried this food. (The food we were ordering).
