Walked in sat down and husband went to get us a drink asked what time food was served to and she said no walks in on a Saturday very Rudely even though tables with people having food and menus on our table service was terrible pint of cruzcampo was vile never will return whole experience was shocking. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just finished our evening spent in The New Inn. It's quiz night, and we never joined the quiz. That said, we waited until it was over because the hostess (and landlady), Clare is almost as entertaining as the quiz itself. The £5 menu is amazing, but I pushed the boat out tonight and treated my wife to the £10 hanging kebabs! Absolutely first class food and service! Honestly, it's a fantastic pub........tables were hard to find, and it was as busy as a Saturday night in most local pubs. Staff were fab too.....a local pub vibe, even if you're not local. I need to mention Andrew too (Claire's other half). Went around the pub early doors chatting to the clientele and warning them about what was about to come! The phenomenon that is Clare. There can be only one! Loved it.......coming back.......definitely! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20
