Horrible. Here on Vacation ONLY came to shoot pool. Drove 30mins from our stay to be kicked out bc our 16yrd old was with us. Its fine.... cigarette smoking inside is digusting & the smell was awful. Onto the next

Bar tenders are great, friendly and love their job! Unfortunately the greeter which is the first face you see is unprofessional and disrespectful. She ran 4 customers of! horrible experience at The Office Lounge in Foley. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, and I won't be returning as long as that unprofessional greeter is there. I watched her treat another customer with complete disrespect, and then she began talking about me as well. Even after our interaction, she continued discussing me with other customers. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I saw four customers leave tonight because of her behavior. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business. If you're not willing to treat people with respect, this may not be the right job for you. I hope management addresses this issue because one employee's behavior can drive away loyal customers.
