A few years ago, my wife and I were planning on having a small wedding ceremony on the beach; however that day, Obama was on the base and they shutdown the beaches for him. In a bind, my father stopped by the Officers' Club to see if we could have a short, impromptu ceremony there. We were only requesting to use a small space; however, their staff went above and beyond setting up a chapel-esque area with chairs and a white runway; all done within 15minutes. We couldn't be more appreciative of the staff there that day.
