This is our third time dining at The Old Forge Restaurant, as we’re from Birmingham whenever we are in the Norfolk area we will visit the restaurant. Not only is the food stunning and second to none, we love Colin’s sense of humour. If ever you’re in the area don’t miss out on this amazing restaurant. The staff are all brilliant and so happy to help you. I must say his home made bread and garlic mayonnaise is TD4 See you next year love this restaurant Service: 5

Phone service manner from a man who answered the call was lacking engagement and seemed quite intolerant. We have been before and food was lovely from what I remember. I wasn’t sure if we needed to book so I rang to check. I was asked when and promptly told nothing available which is fair but the manner wasn’t great and sometimes people won’t remember what you said or what you did. They will always remember how you made them feel. I can’t comment on the place with rooms or location, this is purely phone service based feedback Service: 1
